We are a pair of foodies who always dreamt of running their own business. Chinese food has never got the recognition it deserves and it's our mission to show people it's not all deep fried and covered in salt and pepper, however delicious that is!

From handwrapping 1000's of dumplings, to learning and recreating Cantonese roast meats just as good as you get in Hong Kong and catering festivals and weddings. We have been on a journey!
